The following is a fictional account, intended to illustrate how FalconSweep can provide help at a critical time.

Constant Issues

Mary was very upset with her computer. It was slow, kept giving her error messages, and never seemed to do what she wanted it to do. Often, it seemed like her computer was old, stubborn, and had a mind of it's own.

She had a nickname for her computer, and it wasn't very nice.

Frustraiting, was the seemingly constant cost to Mary to fix her computer. It was either the cost of calling on her friend of a friend who seemed to know how to help her with some of her problems. Or, it was the price and uncertaintly of unplugging _everything_ and taking it into a store or computer shop. "Why not just buy a new computer?", she often thought.

Mary was smart and had listened to her IT friends. She had stayed away from so called fix it utilities and registry scanners. She was wary of anything that claimed to be a magic fix-all for her computer. Because her computer seemed to work well for periods of time she had learned to accept the problems it had.

An unfortunate problem

Finals were over at the school where Mary taught, and she was busy one night grading her students papers at home. The grades were needed tomorrow and she had about an hour of work left to do.

8:30pm A popup appeared on her computer:

"An update is available for Spreadsheet Pro, would you like to download and install the update now?"

Why not? She decided to install the update and clicked "Yes". Her spreadsheet application closed and a dialog box popped up advising her that it would take several minutes to finish downloading everything. Okay - She had a lot of student grades left and went to the kitchen to make some coffee.

8:45pm Mary returned to her computer and peered over her mug of hot coffee at the icons on her desktop. It _looked_ like everything had finished so she started "Spreadsheet Pro" again.

Ding! Correction: Tried to start "Spreadsheet Pro".

An error message popped up claiming a DLL file was mising. Apparently there was a problem with some file called "sp_hj30.dll". She cautiously clicked OK and waited for her grading application to start. Nothing happened. After five more minutes to trying to open her spreadsheet program her heart started to sink into her stomache – She just lost the ability to finish her grades.

9:00pm Mary was starting to really worry. The company that runs Tech Support for her spreadsheet application was closed for the evening. Her tech savy friend was out of town, and the local computer store was not an option. Her options were running out quickly.

"I need this fixed tonight", she thought frantically.

Luckily, she remembered a service that had been recommended to her by a friend to help with the constant problems she had been experiencing. "FalconSweep". She googled the name and found the website and downloaded the demo software.

FalconSweep Quickly Saves the Evening

9:15pm Mary had just finished the scan of her computer and was in the process of looking at a page of informaton about issues found on her computer. Aside from a lot of minor problems, the program exclaimed that it had found an significant problem with "sp_hj30.dll". That's it!

FalconSweep offered Mary two options, she could be given instructions to fix the problem for free, or she could run the automatic repair and have the problems fixed for a fee. Fair Enough. "I need this fixed tonight", Mary thought again, "and I don't want to break anything else". She selected "Automatic Repair" without hesitation and clicked "Start Repair". She quickly bought a license for $29.95 to use FalconSweep and activated her copy.

9:30pm FalconSweep started repairing all of the issues on her computer. Mary had just finished her cup of coffee when the software politely asked her to restart her computer.

9:45pm Her computer booted up, and a lot faster. Mary tried running her spreadsheet applicaton and it opened quickly and without any errors. With her computer running faster, and with no further problems, she finished grading her students exams.
